Montco Offshore Acquires MONTCO.COM

MONTgomery COunty Pennsylvania Finally Lets Go

June 15th, 2002 -- After almost 10 years of wanting to establish an Internet presence under the most intuitive name, persistence has finally paid off.  When  Internet first began to commercialize in the early 1990's, we went to register  "MONTCO.COM" only to find that a business directory group in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania had registered it .  After a bit of negotiations and a small transfer payment, we now have the domain name we've always wanted.

MONTCO.COM is functionally identical to our older address of MontcoOffshore.com.  That is, email and web addresses/URLs should work in the exact same manner.  For example, emailing to Info@Montco.com is the exact same as Info@MontcoOffshore.com .... and pulling up a particular web page at http://www.Montco.com/ will give the same page as its http://www.MontcoOffshore.com/ equivalent.
