Job Duties:
- Assist Master with safe navigation of vessel.
- Be competent and able to assume command of vessel at any time.
- Assist Master with training of personnel.
- Assist in maintenance of vessel; including chipping, buffing, cleaning, and
painting.
- Inspect vessel and safety equipment to insure proper operation and condition.
- Inspect cable, slings and rigging for proper condition.
- Insure a safe work environment.
- Maintain records and logs.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors in a safe, professional manner.
Liftboat Specific:
- Maintain engine room and perform repairs as needed.
- Inspect and maintain all rigging and ropes.
- Maintain and operate cranes.

Qualifications:
- Valid Mate/Master's License - 100 ton or larger.
- Valid Driver's License.
